HAP and BAP submissions will now be accepted. The current HAP and BAP rules still apply except for the “submission of items to the general auction”. This will be in effect from now to the start of our regular monthly meetings. To submit
BAP: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with info about your submission. Include photos.
We do not know when monthly meetings will start up again but will keep you informed as we learn more.
Currently the club insurance provider will not cover us until further notice, this applies to all the Canadian Clubs that purchase insurance through the Canadian Association of Aquarium Clubs (CAOAC). Also, our room rental has been put on hold and is not available. These two major items we’ll have to get sorted out before meetings can be resumed.
