Winnipeggers love a garage sale… and so does the Aquarium Society!
Come out for an aquatic-themed event with everything you need for the hobby. Sellers will be offering livestock, aquatic plants, tanks, equipment and more. The sale is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
The meeting will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at St. John’s-Ravenscourt School, 400 South Drive, Winnipeg, MB.
As this is also a regular general meeting for our club, we’ll start with HAP and BAP. To kick the new season off right, we’ll also be offering a pizza lunch. For just $5, get two slices and a drink. Remember to sign up for lunch and pay at the door. Note: for this month, there will be no regular auction.
Sell Your Stuff
All members of the Winnipeg Fish Forum and Aquarium Society are invited to set up shop. ASW members can sell for free, while Forum members are asked to pay just $5 per seller. The club is not taking a percentage of sales, so this event is a great way to really make some cash on your unwanted hardware or excess stock!
Register to Sell
Garage sale vendors are required to register in advance. Sign up to sell before Friday, September 18 and space will be reserved on your behalf. If you show up to sell and have not signed up in advance, we cannot guarantee you a table. Your $5 seller’s fee will be collected when you arrive. NOTE: you must be an ASW or Forum member to sell.
