Anyone can become a member of the Aquarium Society of Winnipeg (ASW) - all you need is an interest in aquariums and the desire to connect with others who share your hobby.
The ASW is an active club that meets regularly, usually on the third Sunday of each month. Regular meetings are held at Riverview Community Centre - 90 Ashland Avenue. There is free parking available in the parking lot and on the street. Please refer to posted signs. The doors are open at 12pm and the meetings begin at 1p.m.
Most meetings include a featured speaker, followed by Horticultural and Breeder Awards (HAP and BAP) and the monthly members’ auction.
The ASW strives to keep meetings accessible and affordable. 12 month membership costs are as follows:
$20 for Juniors (under 18)
$30 Single Adult
$40 Family
Membership allows you to participate in all regular meetings, including selling items at auction. Some special events may have a small additional charge.

Want to test the water first? Drop-ins are also welcome at only $5 per adult per visit.
